How to reach us

Coach Otis is a small team. The fastest way to get help is to email us at [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device you’re using (iPhone, iPad, Android, model and OS version if you know it). We reply within two working days.

Before you email

A few things solve most issues in under a minute:

• Microphone permission — Coach Otis needs the microphone to hear you. On iPhone, check Settings → Coach Otis → Microphone. On Android, long-press the Coach Otis icon, tap App info → Permissions, and ensure the microphone is allowed.
• Network — sessions are voice-over-internet. A weak Wi-Fi or cellular signal can drop the audio. Try toggling Airplane Mode off and on, or switching from Wi-Fi to cellular (or vice versa).
• Restart the app — fully quit and reopen Coach Otis. Many one-off glitches clear immediately.
• Up to date— make sure you’re on the latest version of Coach Otis from the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions and billing

Coach Otis subscriptions are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, not by us directly. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

• iPhone · iPad — open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Coach Otis, and choose your option.
• Android — open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile, Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and pick Coach Otis.

If a purchase was charged and you don’t see Pro access in the app, open the paywall in Coach Otis and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn’t resolve it, email us with the receipt and we’ll investigate. We can’t issue refunds directly — refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play per their policies.

To opt out of in-app product analytics and crash reporting, flip the switch in the Coach Otis app at Settings → Privacy → Help improve Coach Otis. Read what we collect and how on the Privacy Policy page.

Coach Otis is not a medical service

Coach Otis offers movement coaching for general fitness. It is not a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a condition that affects exercise, consult a physician before starting a new routine.
